SUE a POEM abt YOU
Where do I begin? well you can forget cheesy for a start
For you have something special that sets you apart
A heart so true and a passion for family and for life
Any man would be blessed to have you as their beautiful wife
Always there when times are hard, you deserve so much praise
I can honestly say I will never forget you for the rest of my days
So down to earth you have no false pretences
No need for barriers. immediately at ease, you break down defences
From day one without question it was so very plain to see
That no one would ever be able to hold a candle to thee
Never before have I seen a spirit so free and wild
You are without doubt at heart a beautiful child
Selfless and kind, hot if not a little bit spicy, there is certainly a twist
Usually sober lol, but I am sure on occasion definitely pissed
You love a party and to let your beautiful dark hair flow free
Though sadly those days of hair down, are gone for me
No matter what life throws at you, you always pull through
Traumatic or tough, hard or smooth, you do what you need to do
What you get is what you see; you certainly never flatter to deceive
And that’s because whatever you are faced with you always believe
Always there with a smile when sometimes I’m sure you could cry
It is your unique determination, resolve and courage that gets you by
A truly wonderful lady remarkable and amazing in everything you do
No one can ever compare and that is a testament to the wonder of you
So now I am done and to be honest I haven’t poked much fun
You are so special to all your friends, each and every one
Life is short and you should live it to the uppermost limits and beyond
You are an amazing person, and a true friend of whom I am very fond
